ADDITIVES FOR CONCRETE
SUPERPLASTICIZER - FLOOR HEATING
Liquid addition to concrete mixes, improving substantially their processing properties and properties of hardened concrete.
APPLICATION:
Indispensable addition to concrete floors used under floor heating installations, water and electric, outside and inside buildings. Protects the concrete substrate against cracking and crushing. To produce commercial concrete of all classes, foundations, concrete floors, retaining walls and small concrete elements.
PROPERTIES:
- prevents concrete cracking and crushing resulting from substrate's work under influence of temperature
- does not change colours
- increases strength
- reduces absorbability
- prevents ruptures of heating installations.
ACCELERATOR OF BINDING FOR CONCRETE AND CEMENT MORTARS
This is an admixture shortening the time of cement binding. Preparation may
be used both in commercial concrete as well as in mortars of all classes and in
production of prefabricates. Addition of "accelerator" increases plasticity of the mix, increases early strength of concrete without a negative influence on the dry strength. It allows earlier removing products from moulds, reduction in thermal processing, accelerating concrete placing works (e.g. earlier float finish of floors). May be used at low temperatures (down to -3°C), retaining appropriate conditions for concrete placing work.
PROPERTIES:
- accelerates binding by approx. 1/2
- strongly plasticizes the concrete mix
- increases resistance to frost
- delicately aerates the mix.
PLASTICIZER FOR MORTARS "LIQUID LIME"
This is a ready to use preparation designed for cement mortars used in all plaster-masonry works. Mortar with addition of "Liquid Lime" is strongly plastic and adhering well to the substrate even at low temperatures, what allows working at temperatures to -2°C. Plasters made using the admixture do not crack, feature increased grindability and impact resistance as well as total resistance to frost.
PROPERTIES:
- plasticizes the mix
- allows working in the period of lower temperatures (to -2°C)
- increases grindability and impact resistance of the finished plaster
- increases resistance to frost of the plaster.
Recommended dosage: 0,5 - 1 L per 100 kg of cement.
WATER SEALANT FOR CONCRETE
This is a complex admixture to concrete, plasticizing, retarding the start
of binding and sealing the surface of concrete. It may be successfully used to
produce waterproof concrete exposed to aggressive environment and permanent
water pressure. Improves properties both of fresh concrete mix and of cured
concrete. Retarding the start of binding allows extending the time of usability
of concrete mix, what may be crucial in the case of the need of concrete
transporting or during heat waves when float-finishing the floor. In addition it
reduces origination of lime blooms.
PROPERTIES:
- allows to reduce the amount of make-up water
- gives the mix a higher plasticity, homogeneity and workability
- retards the start of binding
- seals the surface of concrete
- reduces origination of lime blooms.
- increases water-tightness of concrete by two classes.
RETARDER OF BINDING FOR CONCRETES AND CEMENT MORTARS
This is an admixture retarding the binding of concrete mix, with additional
plasticizing action. It is used in concrete placing with interruptions in work
or at long-distance transport. It increases dry strength of concrete and reduces
its shrinkage.
PROPERTIES:
- retards binding by approx. 8-12 hours
- reduces shrinkage of concrete
- increases dry strength.
WINTER ADDITIVE TO CONCRETE MIXES This is a universal plasticizer and anti-frost additive used in production of commercial concrete and mortars as well as of prefabricated elements in the period of low temperatures without a risk to reduce parameters of a finished product. Concrete placing works (concrete casting and binding) may be carried out, when the temperature is not lower than -8°C. Preparation definitely improves properties both of fresh mix and of cured concrete.

BAYFERROX PIGMENTS
Highest quality inorganic pigments based on ferrous oxides in powder,

DESO-BET (FLOOR SYSTEM)
This is an industrial, thin-layer floor system based on polyurethane resins,
consisting of three components: primer, basic layer and finishing lacquer,
designed for concrete floors.
APPLICATION:
Performance of floors in factory houses, warehouses, workshops, outhouses, etc.

CONCRETE IMPREGNANT SCAL-BET Preparation reducing the dusting of concrete floors.
APPLICATION:
For concrete floors hardening and impregnation.

- reduces concrete-based floors dusting
- increases resistance of impregnated surfaces to abrasion, acids, oils, salts and chemicals
- operates in the subsurface layer - penetrates to 8 mm deep into the floor
- consumption: 5 L allows coating 10-11 m2 of the floor (3 layers of the preparation).
SYSTEM OF CONCRETE MICRO-REINFORCEMENT MIKROBET
MIKROBET are polypropylene fibres of special honeycomb structure,
characteristic for materials of the highest strengths.
APPLICATION:
For repair mortars, dry mixes, small structures, floor heating, plates, plasters, masonry mortars, concrete, floors, prefabricated elements.
